-- Occupancy: Maximum of 2 occupants per unit for 1 bedroom, 3 occupants for a 2 bedroom (per St. Louis City ordinance).
-- Income: Household gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
-- Background: No evictions or outstanding landlord balances within the last 5 years.
-- Criminal Record: No history of drug-related or violent crimes within the last 5 years.
-- Assistance: We are currently not accepting any agency assistance payments.
-- Identity & Status: All applicants must provide proof of identity and lawful presence in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. Passport, Green Card, Missouri Driver’s License, Employment Authorization Document, or Valid Visa). If you meet all the above criteria, please text us today at 314-272-1231.
